Establish a warm, intimate link. Make contact with each other through lots of eye contact, kissing, touching, stroking, tickling, sucking, licking, and whatever works for you. Itâs important to get close; fisting is an act of trust, and trust is much easier to do if everyoneâs on the same page. I recommend cunnilingus as part of the connecting process; not only does it warm you up and get the juices flowing, but it gives you a chance to get down there and have a look around.
Glove up. Itâs a good idea to glove both hands, as youâll be frequently reapplying lube with your free hand. Itâs tough to tell cuntjuice and lube apart by looking, and a fluid exchange you arenât aware of can harm you. Lube your hand and her cunt generously (remember to heat the lube in a bowl of warm water beforehand - a cold slimy jolt of goo between her legs is not the best way to get started). Go slow. Start with one or two fingers; wait for her to give you either a nonverbal or verbal signal that her body is ready for more. As she becomes more and more aroused, her cunt will start to open up, and there will be more space to add additional fingers (one at a time, unless she asks for more). She may even say something like âIâm hungry⦠I want more of your hand inside me⦠now.â
Add some more lube. A good rule of thumb (and index and pinky, too) is to add lube each time you add a finger. Slide in a third finger, and then a fourth. Ask her how sheâs doing. Save the thumb for last. Masturbating with a vibrator or being eaten during the insertion process works best for me; it helps me relax the muscles, and raises my level of arousal. Other women prefer not to have their clit stimulated so that they can concentrate on the building tension, anticipating whatâs going to come next.
